Gone heck week huh? is that why I am having a bit of a struggle today? Out of no where my adic tthinking snuck up on me.....it said......oh so now that your procedure is done with....you deserve that smoke now! I know thas BS therefore not smoking. But this has been one of the tougher days as far as the mind goes. Is this normal for us addicts?
