Hey, Vixter, I'm checking in on you. I saw that you posted about Day 3. Do you have a Quit Kit so that you prepared for when a craving hits you? If not, and you'd like to know more about Quit Kits, let me know. Or maybe I'll just post a blog about one. Anyway, I hope you are doing fine. You may feel very tired and your thoughts may seem fuzzy for the first couple of weeks. That's normal. There are actually lots of other symptoms that seem bad but are actually pretty common. And remember the most important thing during these first few days: If you find yourself about to give up and light up, promise yourself that you will come here to EX and blog the word "Help" BEFORE you smoke. Many people who were about to smoke actually saved their Quits by coming here for emergency reinforcement. You are doing GREAT, Vix! Keep it up! xxxooo, Sky
