ketchup2 Hi there Ketchup, good hearing back from you. Not sure how far along you are but good for you giving them up. I see you are now off the patches so you must have some time quit. Forgetting to put the patches on good because you didn't have to deal with the mind games you might have had freaking out womdering how am I going to get off the NRTs. I'm around 16 months quit after over 30 yrs of smoking. I really have no snappy lines nor do I have any magic timelines to help you with, just some support and maybe a little experience beating nicotine addiction. I'm glad you found this site.
