I think of you often however. As I hope you know, you were my wonderful lifeline and a big reason I was able to keep myself on this path. I think I am probably about 3 or 5 months away from a 3year anniversary of my quit day. As I get older, this is the one passage of time I really like. I must say that it took quite a long time for the urge to smoke to completely go away. That was one reason I chose to stay away from Ex for awhile - I thought perhaps it kept me thinking about the subject too much. Are you still riding bicycle?
