jonilou Thanks for your comment. I finally calmed down I got in the kitchen started dinner and watching "home improvement" something to make me laugh! I have 3 little ones and I do mean little my daughter's 5 and I have 3yo and 1yo boys this journey is just starting i pray things get better. I'm so happy to not smoke in times like this I wouldve been on maybe my 5th thank God I don't do that anymore!
