Come here BEFORE you smoke (advice given to me) I understand the feeling of a slip and know that it's not a good one! Drink cold water through a straw the 1800 quitnow line offer free NRT I use gum and it work especially after meals brush first thing in the morning and you would probably be motivated not to mess up that clean mouth 🙂 around other smoker was my hardest trigger to quit but I think negatively about the sickerettes I convince myself that they stink and visualize the person lungs turn black everything and anything that negative about smoking I slipped today after only 3 days quit I could kick myself because I just knew that was my forever quit but hey things happen so dust yourself off ditch anything smoke related and start now also if you can download the quitstart app it have everything even mini games for distractions and it's free!
