Carenda Hi Carenda, Yes, I do believe that you wore boots one day last week. I wore a wintery coat this morning and left it off this afternoon. I'm doing a weight loss program through my clinic. I will finish the first week tomorrow. I've lost 3 pounds and feel like this may be do-able. It's not easy. But I am glad to be getting beyond this weight issue. At 5 years after the quit, it's time.
