LAM-Burch Holy cow! Has it been two years now? Woo Hoo! Most days, I never even think about those old coffin nails--sometimes, though, the craving will crop up like an itch on the back of my neck. The itch is more of a minor nuisance though, and I am finding it pretty easy to fend off. All I have to do is think of my kids and how happy they are that I am solidly in their camp now. Kind of hard on my mum, as she is the most stubborn, hard-line smoker I have ever met. Now that I have control of my life again, I am working on living a more active lifestyle. Trading a bad habit for a good one. Win-Win!
