Shorty21 See the tabs at the top of each page? There are two rows. The top row says about ex, how to quit smoking, Those are the program links in that whole row. The next row down are more the community links. The blogs are where most of us respond and post. The members tab is a list of members but there is another tab in there that shows who is on the site at any given time.
