Giulia thanks for the kind email, been a long time since being on this site, well to be honest never left really but went back to smoking, i'ts benn 3 days now so need your help. went on the patches as they work for me, i know lots of people have problems with others useing them, but it.s my quit not theres.and i was a very heavy smoker, i think i have copd , with check this out with the doctor next week. thanks again and hugs for beeing so nice, jackie, will fill in my profile a bit later. jackie
