Scott106 Hi Scott! I see you just quit as well. It's a tough road, that's for sure and I'm finding myself cranky today wondering if the damage is already done and this is a effort in futility. I can only wish you well and tell you, that for me, I quit for 6 months and picked them up again because I was with friends at a bar. Drinking and smoking do go hand in hand, so that may be a big trigger for you. It was for me. Wish you the best of luck!!
