I just signed in to share the website so I could show a friend who wants to quit. My quit calendar is at 800 days! What a god-wink! Life has changed so much in 800 days - no smokes, weak nicotine monster (no, he's not completely gone, but he is easily ignored), new job and new outlook! For those still in the early stages of quitting, The road is tough, but it is worth it! Hang in there! Fight the nicotine monster! And remember, NOPE (not one puff EVER!). Ultimately, be kind to yourself when you beat back the urge to smoke.
