I am here to tell you that I struggle for a long time before I came here, and this place helped me to overcome my fear about quitting cold turkey. I urge you to read the blogs (that's where most of the activity is), and to go to the suggested sites that members may tell you about. If you want to get some support and advice, you might consider writing a blog. I see you started a discussion, so you're getting the hang of how things work around here.
