There's plenty of good material here to read and some very savvy ex-smokers you can reach out to for support. Please make use of these resources. In addition to the EX Plan, read and comment on the blogs (and even consider writing one), and connect with other quitters by joining groups and adding friends. If you have questions or need help, ask away. You can also leave a message for me on my message board. You CAN do this -- believe it!
