Didn’t feel like I could do it 8n my start date so I switched to today and so far I’m doing ok. Just a few cravings so far

Well i postponed the date because I just didn’t feel ready. So today was my new first day and so far I feel good. Had 2 cravings but just waited a few minutes for them to subside.
