i received notification of a reply

i can’t find the reply?

Just not getting this part of the community. If I post something, it goes into a black hole. I never see any replies, even if I’m notified that one has happened. 

Very frustrating and disappointing.

Check the setting in https://excommunity.becomeanex.org/t5/user/myprofilepage/tab/personal-profile.  You likely have the setting for send emails turned off.  @dj2quit

I do not have that setting turned off.

Please add community@becomeanex.org to your contacts in email and check your junk /spam folder to make sure notifications are coming through.

If you’re receiving an email notification there will be a copy of the message in the email and a link in the email to where on the community to the reply to that comment. Click the link and it should take you to the post. You will also get an on site notification under the bell 🔔 icon in upper right.

I think you don’t understand the issue. I am receiving notifications.

The settings are correct and emails are not going to junk, spam or trash folders. 

I get a notification of a reply. 

I cannot find the reply in many cases.

As of my last reply I understand. Thanks for confirming though. 

Please post the first line of a reply as seen in the emails you receive and also provide the link to the same post as and example and I’ll look into it.  You should get an email from my post along with an @mention notification which should include my response.  Other replies from others here should follow similar form.
