Error messages: Unexpected Error, Too Many Searches, Flooding Error

First I got the message about too many searches...  Someone else said they got that also.  I was only reading posts and clicked on the number at the bottom to go to the next page  Got it yesterday also. 

Then this came up when I clicked on home:

An Unexpected Error has occurred.

• Your request failed. Please contact your system administrator and provide the date and time you received the error and this Exception ID: 14CE4546.

  Click your browser's Back button to continue.

PS  Then it took me 3 tries to post the above message.  "Flooding message" I believe--lost it.
