quit day 2

I pledge not to smoke today. Day 2 has been intense so far and its only 0830. I put on my patch, chewed some nic gum, went for a walk and cleaned my fridge. Now I'm seeking support to get through my day.

I pledge I will not smoke today. I want to breathe freely. I don't want to be a slave to cigarettes.

Hi, Julie
I pledge with you today to not smoke. I am 2+weeks into my quit and the first 4 days were agony-it didn't help that my husband is still smoking. When cravings hit, I have to get moving-can't tell you how many times I've headed out the door and walked around the block. It has helped me.
You can and will do it and we are here to help. I'll think of you today-Anne

I pledge to extend my hands of support to Julie and Anne

I pledge not to smoke today or tonight no matter what type of BS that might be thrown at me today.

I pledge to get over these times so I can be a smoke free person and enjoy it.

I pledge if I think of cigarettes today I will picture those dying in hospitals of Lung Cancer and that is why I need to stay smoke free..

I extend my hand of support to the next person ....or you can also join the bigger Memorial smoke free pledge close to this post ....

Lets make this a Super Successful Smoke Free day ....................DEAL?
