Wow I really need to pledge right now as I am on day three without cigarettes Been one of my hardest days and wanted that cigarette so bad. New to this pledge thing but here goes. I pledge to remain nicotine for the next 24 hours and with my free hand I extend to next in line. ( a hug comes first).
