I use a clay pot, and a traditional Punjab recipe, most of the time. I also have a recipe that you don't need a pot for, and it's pretty good, too. But let's talk naan. That's the four letter spelling of "heaven," right? I have not mastered naan.

susan_m , the trip was incredible, the wedding was 5 days. Over 1000 people at the wedding dinner, outside, under huge canopies. I made so many new friends.

Same here!  I have seen the Kite Runner, and I also read the book.  Cried buckets over both.
