Happy September to all!

Terry, you forgot one of the September special days.......it's on 9/11 too.......not going to tell you until it gets here!

My Friend Marilyn,     I'm so glad I get to take your hand and make the pledge to not smoke today.    G is right.....every month is the month to not smoke and sometimes we have to be especially careful if it is a month with triggers.       None of that for me!

I pledge that I will not smoke.....today or tomorrow (but I'll be back tomorrow to make that promise!)

My hand is held out.......who will take it?

Hi Everyone,

It is a beautiful, sunny, breezy, non-humid, window-open kind of day here in West Michigan. Open windows automatically brighten my day significantly.

Terrie, what a wonderful way to start September. You do a beautiful job of keeping this pledge going in an interesting and fun way. Thank you for your dedication!

Lori, Thank you for your hand. I happily take it and pledge to not smoke today, no matter what! I offer my free hand to the next person in line.
