Thanks for your hand Sharon. I'm here to make my pledge to keep my freedom from nicotine today, no matter what. I've been around this site less and less because it has become a trigger for me, I don't think about smoking too much unless I'm here, so as summer lengthens I won't be around as much, but I will be protecting my quit!
