Thank you, it is officially 12 days today. This is the longest I’ve made it in 34 years- and I am only 47! This is such a crazy feeling, I made it past a known trigger today and didn’t notice. Like, I literally didn’t think about it, didn’t crave it until about a half hour later and it hit me. I’m a NONSMOKER! I forgot to even think about it in that triggering moment! I will say, my emotions are all over. I’ve noticed a change in my sleep and I’m a bit weepy. But I know this is temporary. I still can’t believe I’m doing it!

let me see. It was May 1st 2016. I don’t how many days that is but I’m so happy

For some unknown reason, your quit date wasn't showing in your profile when you posted but when you login next it should show and also list the Years, Days, Hours, Mins.  You can also check your days on My EX Plan | BecomeAnEX.org
