2years! This journey has been a memorable one. God has taken away the desire the want the need of cigarettes. he has cleared out my lungs. It is because of him that I was able to quit and continue to be a quitter. Glory to God in the highest.

It has been a challenge. I smoked for 39 years before quitting. The hardest was learning new coping skills and going through a lot of anxiety, but noticed that each month it gets a little bit easier. Meeting with a therapist was so very helpful.
