Feels so good to be smoke free!!!! Never thought i could do it after 30 years! My breathing and more energy ate the best gift! Oh my my Niners win over Green Bay lol

Thanks.  Everyone hang in there.  After 12 years  I don’t even think about it anymore

i tell everyone that finally quitting smoking wasn’t the easiest thing I’ve ever done but it wasn’t the hardest either.   
if you slip don’t let it ruin your quit.  Just continue on. Don’t use a slip as a reason to smoke again.  It’s not a failure it was mistake. Forgive yourself and carry on
