Congrats on your commitment to cut down on the number you smoke. I know that is how many people begin and it will teach you how to get through cravings without smoking which will be invaluable to you as you move forward. I pledge not to smoke today. Today is 95 days since I quit smoking. I offer my free hand to the next Ex to pledge.
