Im on my second day of not smoking. I want to smoke in a bad way. It’s really hard after a meal or driving. its more of habit of socializing..  Im using a patch, which has helped. I want to pledge @PastTense gladly accept your hand and pledge not to smoke today.  Extending my hand to the next Exer
