Then go to the My Quit Stats tab in your profile to see how many cigarettes you have avoided or put the mouse over your username and then click the little "ex" button in the lower left of the hovercard pop-up.

        It is a great honor for me to be at the top of this list today. The many folks on this site who reach out to help those addicted to nicotine are making a difference to change the world to better place for all.
