6 month's today . All I can say is wow Z. A half year of not smoking any cigarettes. I remember I couldn't go a half hour without smoking at least 2 cigs. Still having a lil anxiety but doing much better and I feel good. My face just seems to be breaking out badly though.. Trying to get it under control.
