I have now stopped smoking for 6 years, 5 months, 6 days, 12 hours, 4 minutes, 1 second. That translates into 96,124 cigarettes NOT smoked, for a savings of $26,434.27! At 5 minutes per cigarette I have increased my life expectancy by 10 months, 4 weeks, 4 days, 18 hours, 23 minutes, 4 seconds.

Isn't that so cool! Yes that's right I'm very proud of me 🙂
