As I mentioned in a blog previously there were some changes coming to the mobile experience. Phase 1 of that process has taken place and you will now have to pinch and zoom if you are on a smartphone. Phase 2 of this process will likely occur in the next 2-3 weeks. I'll post another blog post with details on when that is happening and how you can provide us feedback on your experience after those changes have taken place. At the end of Phase 2, we anticipate that pinch and zoom will no longer be required as the site will again be optimized for mobile devices.
