I've been smoking way to long and realize how crucial it is for me to get away from this horrible habit. I have a loving non smoking family around me who mean well but truly cannot understand the struggle with dumping this ugly habit (no fault of their own)..They are supporting in that they just say "just don't smoke" ! I have cut way way back but I'd like to put the smokes in my past and I need that extra boost from someplace and I think I've found it with you nice folks!
