Thank you, again

I have now had cortisone shots in both shoulders, acupuncture three times, and a massage yesterday, first one I have ever had.  The massage therapist felt very strongly that the biggest issue is that my neck muscles were trying to pull my shoulder back into the right position and that is NOT going to happen.  She did very deep massage and I actually felt improvement.  The night before, I was on the floor with my face on the bed just sobbing because of the pain.  My husband and son wanted to take me to the ER and I said no because there was nothing they could possibly do.  I already have terribly low blood pressure, no one would give me injections of pain medication.  I must have cried for two hours.  I took my pain medication and my muscle relaxants but it would not stop the spasms.  The massage coupled with the acupuncture has taken the worst of it away.  I need to get my packing done for my trip and make lists of things I want to bring.  I will be back on here at least sporadically once things slow down a bit.  I miss everyone and appreciate the loving support more than you could possibly know.

Thank you again...keep those cigarettes away from your face!

Love,

Ellen
