How to reprogram our subconscious mind for successful quit

Because it is our subconscious mind that has been programmed for smoking, we need to override these programs, by installing new ones.  Using our conscious mind to do so, here are some affirmations we can train your subcoscious mind to addopt.  The best time to speak with our subconscious is after meditating:

I CAN CHANGE MY HABITS BY CHANGING MY MIND NOW

I DESERVE A HEALTHY, CLEAN AND FIT BODY

I'M TOUGH ENOUGH TO OVERCOME ANY CHALLENGE

I CAN DO ANYTHING I SET MY MIND TO DO TODAY

I LOVE BEING ABLE TO BRING HEALTHILY AND FREELY

I RESPECT MYSELF AND LOVE TAKING GOOD CARE OF MY BODY

I LOOK AFTER MY BODY WITH HEALTHY PRACTICES

................

And this morning, on day 78 DOF, stepping out with my tablet and the coffee on the patio, I had one of the most powerful cravings in the last 2-3 weeks.  On the beautiful, blue, clear AZ sky, I just saw a "beautiful, gray, huge cloud of smoke and knew it was coming out of my lungs".  That prompted me to go and look for something on Google to take the cloud away...and it did, and I thought I'd share with my exfriends!  Have a wonderful Memorial Day weekend!
