Share your quitting journey
I have an appointment this morning and then I'm picking Mason up for the day and possibly overnight so my daughter can sleep she works straight nights and her man works days there's no school today so it's going to be a busy day which is good, it reminds me of the first few weeks of quitting smoking because keeping your mind as well as your hands occupied is one of the best things we can do to get through the rough patches. I had the cleanest home around and did a lot of baking plus I read everything I could find on this site which helped me immensely to get to where I am today which I think is 663 splendiferous DOF and counting, I still have a pretty clean home and still do some baking, hee, hee but nothing like in the early days of my quit, distraction works and every once in awhile a crave would hit from out of nowhere so I would give my head a shake and say that I don't do that anymore and continue on with whatever I was doing, remember at the end of the day you can smile and say another day WON because none of us Exers ever want to go back to a day ONE, that's just plain scarey because we just don't do that anymore!
