I have 16 days before my quit date. Looking at my smoking triggers driving seems to be the challenge one for me. So today I decided to make my car a non-smoker. We whined about it for a bit and then cleaned my car out good and giving it a fresh nice smell and not the ashtray smell. I figure I have 16 days practice and be perfect for quit day. Put mints in my cubby where ashtray used to be so they will be easy to reach. Still reading and learning everything I can about my addiction. Tomorrow maybe a bit of a challenge but good practice as I will be at a non-smoking event for about 4 hours. Hoping I don't get the weak bladder syndrome. lol But am a little anxious as there is a good little distant to walk before getting to the building.
