well its here, never would of thought i could do it.this is the first birthday i can remember being a non smoker since i was 10 1/2 years old..its unbelievable smoking at that age. i grew up without any supervision. though i was a tough little kid. over the years i quit smoking a few times never more then 30 days.had no desire to quit up until a few years ago. they started to catch up to me.i noticed i was spitting up more and more,getting out of breath,coughing..i thank god now i have no real ill effects from it. its still early in my quit,but i never want to smoke again.i have a hate for cigs,the smell is awful.when i think i use to smell like that.well its always an uphill battle that i never take for granted. i want to thank all the elders and newbes i learn new things everyday.it is a learning process. could never have done it without you all. stats 2,300 cartons, 23,000 paks, 460,000 ciga rettes smoked. what a waste..that is a lot of poison...
