HI Everyone.
I have been doing ok, using the patch and sleeping alot I don't know if thats normal when you quit. I try to keep busy around here since its cold and snow is on the ground outside. Been coughing alot and found a mint tea that helps. Called mint melody and I add a tablespoon of honey and tablespoon of sugar. Since I smoked menthol cigarettes it helps kind of gives the sinsation of the menthol. Other than that I am still hanging in getting through the cravings. Do they ever ease up? There mostly really bad after I eat. Well, God Bless you all and have a great Day.
