It's 37 ° F this morning, wow this is crazy weather but I am enjoying it, but by sunset the temps are supposed to drop by 14 or 15 degrees back to our normal. Life is good especially since quitting smoking, if you are new here, hang around check out the site, read the blogs and comments and stay with us and keep stacking up your days of freedom from the horrid cancer sticks, quitting smoking is definitely difficult in the first few weeks but it's absolutely doable and absolutely worth it but you decide for yourself, remain smoke free and give yourself that chance to get through the roller coaster ups and downs of withdrawals and mood swings and hang tough because after the first few weeks things do start to get easier and then for the next possible couple of months it's relearning how to deal with lifes emotions without the crutch of cigarettes, so stick with your quit or if you haven't quit maybe it's time to pick a quit date and prepare for a life of freedom from the dreaded nicotine poison, our health, family and wallet will thank you for it.
