ONE MOTIVATION FOR MY QUITTING THE CANCER STICKS

I have been trying to quit for SOOOO LONG!!!  I started having problems breathing and getting winded real easily.  I was smoking and my throat was getting sore sometimes and I started to worry about cancer.  Lung cancer, throat cancer, emphysema, asthma, and COPD all run in the family.  I already have asthma and everytime my throat got sore from smoking so many cigarettes, I would really begin thinking maybe I have already started the cancer process.  Then I started thinking about how I would feel if I was laying in a hospital bed dying of cancer and all my kids (from 24 yrs old to 4 years old) had to sit around my bed crying because I am leaving them when I could have prevented this.  Then I thought that is not even the worse case scenario.  What if God decided that was not enough what if one of my loved ones got cancer and it was my fault for the second hand smoke that I was causing.  I would never forgive myself.  No cigarette is worth that.  That happens all the time in drunk driving accidents, where the drunk walks away and others are injured or killed and they have to live with that.  That is why I have never and never will drink and drive.  Now that is why I DO NOT SMOKE!!!!

Thanks for listening!!!  Hope this helps someone having a hard time.
