One Month!

So today is my one-month anniversary, 1 month of freedom! I've been super busy with work the past few days, which has been good. I overcame a really big trigger the other day at work, using the "I just don't do that anymore" mantra. I am really proud of myself, but at the same time, I need to keep coming back to this site - even when things get busy - as I know that I am not out of the woods yet. That said, I am beginning to see the light.
