Discomfort, uncomfortable, painful

Annoyance, difficult, very difficult, impossible

My Perception: Easy – some discomfort involved. It is annoying but not painful. Keeping everything simple, don't obsess about thoughts, urges. Acknowledge the feelings, thoughts and just say I don't do that anymore. AND then move on and do something.

Commitment: As it is said NOPE Not One Puff Ever. My commitment is between me and God. It is my commitment, I will be responsible for my quit.

Just started trying to put some simple thoughts together not done and this probably doesn't make a lot of sense but the lights are flashing and thought I post this as is just in case we lose power. Thank You for the responses on the Pondering blog. And yes I still am pondering. It is a good thing!
