It is SO WORTH IT!

Just a little note today to all my fellow travelers in this glorious endeavor. It is okay to smile. There is truly something to be said in favor of the HAPPY QUITTER. We have a member here somewhere named James, the Happy Quitter, and his outlook is such an inspiration to someone like me who has struggled with depression and self loathing and the whole nine yards of negativity.

Even my latest mess-up in this quit journey is serving a purpose and  it's okay to laugh at myself and not take me so seriously. We're human, but we're all here together pursuing such a marvelous endeavor, true freedom from an addiction that is slowly killing us. 

WE MUST FIGHT BACK AND NOT LET IT KILL US! Whatever we have to do to be free, we must do it. Together we can do ANYTHING!
