My first attempt quitting using a community. I have tried to quit several times only to return to smoking. I have been preparring for my quit date of Aug. 1st for a few weeks learning all I can to make this time the last, I have tried cutting down leading up to this day. I have read Allen Carrs book and I am looking forward to my quit date. Lot of helpful advice from those on this community.
