Hi Everyone,
As I’ve been going through blog posts and comments, I couldn’t help but notice how truly special this community is. I’ve seen people reach out for help and get their questions answered immediately. I’ve seen positive reinforcement and encouragement be the standard, and not the exception.
I’ve seen new members trying to quit for the first time write about their struggles and how they are overcoming them and I’ve seen longtime quitters write their own posts about their experiences and the joy of being an EX!
And we want to keep this special place special. You may have noticed that there are some minor changes happening around the site, including more frequent updates. I also wanted to let you know that we’ve updated the Community Guidelines to make sure we keep this a safe place for those trying to find support in their quit.
