I changed all of my triggers prior to stopping and that has truly made it easier. I also started working on something that people have been encouraging me to do for years. Three months now, I have been working on my autobiography which caused me to ignore my triggers. For some reason, today I am concerned about what will happen when my book is finished. Everytime I think of smoking, I write. What will happen when I no longer have anything to write? What do some of you all do to blind your minds from the thought of smoking?
