2nd Day

I'm on my second day of being smoke free and I have to say it seems a little too easy.  I've been smoking for 49 years and have to say I really loved it but I'd rather have my 7 month old grandson to come and stay!!  I got my patches today so went ahead and put one on in case it gets so much harder then I anticipate.  I guess I get a little anxious right after I eat and want to smoke but that hasn't seemed to last that long.
