Another Quick Post

So I quit at midnight between Oct 19 and 20 and now it's 12:19am Oct 26.....  I'm good for at least 6 days!

I had someone offer me a cigarette today and all I could do was say "No Thanks!"  I remember how badly I'd want someone to smoke with me when I was smoking- it was so social.  It definitely wasn't worth my run to have shared a cigarette though.  I know from the past, it just takes me one cigarette!

I don't know how this happened but I feel like I have so much free time!  Long walks along the river with the dog are heavenly.  Before, the time I was smoking was spent just smoking.  I was too afraid I'd burn something down so I just smoked and never multitasked.  Now I have all that time back!  I can get the boring work stuff done and have much more time for relaxation without the hassle of spending cash on a toxic habit!

The first three days were killers but each day since has had its blessings.  I just need to keep remembering to say "no" to each and every urge.
