I've been disturbingly short of breath since I quit smoking a little over 2 mos. ago. Inhalers don't help much. Someone reccomended an herbal supplement- I thought, "sure, right" but because I couldn't get a deep breath I decided to try it anyway, and I'll be darned if it didn't work, 1st dose of 2 capsules! It's called ClearLungs by Ridgecrest Herbals and can be bought on Amazon. It costs more at the health food store.
