The reason behind the 22 days is that This will be the Month I turn 50 years Young! I have a Big Celebration planned and I know if I try to stop before I will slip up bad and I do not want to do that! I am sitting here right now looking at my pack of Ciggarettes wishing I could just throw them away and never pick them back up. But, been down this road before! I quit smoking for 8 months 2 yrs.ago.Believe me when I say this, I wanted to Kick myself in the ass for starting back up! Why did I smoke that first ciggarette? Wish I could answer that! I wasn't stressed, didn't have an abusive Husband, guess I wasn't truely ready!  I would Love to turn back the clock to when I was 9 yrs. old when I stole that first ciggarette from My Mom and realize that was the worse decision that I would ever make! Here I am 49 and still smoking. Besides my health condition, I want to show myself that I am stronger then these cigarettes! I have quit some pretty bad habits I have acquired through my Life and they were a cinch compared to the journey I am about to embark on! My mother quit cold turkey and I give her props for being that strong willed. It has been 15 yrs. since she has smoked! And today she will tell me that she still gets the urge to Lite up but, she fights with that and Kicks ASS! I want to be smoke free not just for me but, for my children and Grand children! Cancer runs strong through my Family and have lost a lot to that disease. I Pray that I can and will for my Babies! I Love the fact that this website is here. I accidently ran across it and I am so Thankful to God for guiding me to it. I am gonna do this with your support, my family, God, and hard work! Thank You all in advance for being here for me and with me on this Journey! May God Bless ALL OF YOU!
